  Top notch customer service. Had a drivetrain issue and brought my road bike in. Within seconds they had the bike up on the stand, did a thorough inspection, made a fix and put in a replacement part. Also the mechanic provided great advice to me on the drivetrain issue. Friendly discussion and excellent service in every way. Furthermore I was greeted upon entering and the shop was clean and not cluttered at all. Highly recommend this shop.

  Nothing but good things to say about this shop. The guys at Rebound saved our 20 day downhill mountain biking holiday after another shop screwed up our rentals. Rebound ended up giving us better bikes at the same price, held the bikes for us until we made it to Canmore and were incredibly helpful in setting up the bikes and suspensions for us.

  I was just on a trip to Canmore and while walking through town, I bought a new expensive bike on almost a whim just because the staff at Rebound was so great and they happened to have the bike I was considering for a while. But when I brought it home to Calgary, I found the front tube and the rear shock were leaking a lot. The tube would barely stay inflated for a ride and the shock likewise would be softer at end of the ride and down to 1/2 the pressure needed by next day. While tube is just a tube, this was a brand new bike. Yet my main concern was the shock anyway. Living over an hour away, I spoke with Ryan via email and on the phone and he head me remove the shock, check it under water for leakage a when confirmed it was leaking, mail it to Rebound. I got the shock repaired and a replacement tube included in the package 4 days later. Many thanks for their professional conduct and great customer service!
