  Very cozy . The pool is very clean also. Like the overall setup of mystic springs. Would definately come back .

  Wonderful accommodations, great heated pool and hot tub, good price and great location! Lots to see and do, with a lot of unique restaurants and shops. Banff is nearby and so is Calgary! Great trip overall.

  There is no front desk concierge. Just a sign on the door to call a number for help.

  Awesome! Stayed here in winter with little kiddos. We all loved the outdoor heated pool right outside our door. Chalets are well stocked and maintenance staff is friendly. The view are incredible from every window. Will definitely stay here again!

  The people on the phone said that we need to drive to a different hotel across town to pick up a key and while we were gone someone would clean our room. Really? I have to drive to pickup a key on a room I payed for?

  Now this is an isolated incident I’m sure, but the fact that there is no front desk, or anyone to help us is unacceptable. No paying customer should be told to go pickup a key at a different hotel. I should have invoiced them for my services and gas.

  The condos are very nice. Very clean kitchens and beds are comfortable. The pool and hot tub area are some of the best in Canmore.

  After a long road trip we came to our room only to discover the door code that was emailed to us was incorrect and our door wouldn’t open. Looking into the windows we noticed it wasn’t even cleaned yet.

  We had 8 people in the large units. Beds and pull out couch were great as was the fireplace. Didn't have space for 8 people to eat at once but we had shifts which was fine. Outdoor hot tub and pool were great and relaxing. A good place to stay that's reasonably priced.
