    I tried to shop locally for our plumbing supplies, even though the price was higher. I called to order the specific parts that I needed. I was told that they would need to create a Purchase Order, and I would need to pay in advance -- no problem. But the items would need to be ordered, and I'd need to pay extra for freight, and an extra charge to rush the order. Then they said the person who creates POs was not working on that day, nor the next day, and he would call me on the 3rd day to make the arrangements. No call ever came. I went to Rona to buy the products off the shelf at half the price.

    Only been in there a few times...but the manager is spot on his game. Think his name is Kevin, but my wife and I had a problem in our house and he had the prices needed and recommended a plumber to help us out at a reasonable price.
