  The room, facilities and amenities were wonderful. My room was clean and quiet. Only 2 things I could mention to offer room to improve is to incorporate a "service with a smile ". The woman who greeted me and checked me in was very cold and aloof. She barely looked at me or spoke with me. While efficient at the mechanics of her job she has no understanding of customer service or engagement which at a location with such high standards that seems to be a major oversight. Other point is the products that are given to guests to use contain a well known harmful ingredient (sodium laurel...) and I was very surprised as again for a spa resort of this standard that to me is a major oversight especially considering the expense to stay here and pricing of spa services. When trying to create and charging based on a higher end standard, this was not acceptable.

  The Solara Resort and Spa is fantastic! A 5-Star resort nestled in the heart of the Rockies. The Solara offers exceptional facilities and service. It’s a great place ‘to go home to’ after a serene day exploring the beauty the mountains have to offer!

  The condo is very beautiful, quiet, and relaxing with many comfy extras. The housekeeping staff needed to be a little more diligent as there was sticky residue left on the coffee table and when the hide-a-bed was pulled out it had crumbs and a comb in it. The front desk didn't get the message regarding a late checkout and even after told we couldn't get back into the room as the keys had been deactivated. Overall though, this is a gorgeous place. Definitely recommend.

  Overall, the one and two bedroom suites are very nice, all the accessories supplied. Wasn't sure what to expect.

  Sound proofing between floors is lacking, but I guess that is the way it is with stick-built structures, as compared to concrete.

  Our room is located right beside the air intake? for our building. Loud, noisy, annoying, sounds like a B-25 bomber taking off when it starts up.

  Very spacious and clean two bdrm pet friendly suite. Only downfall was I asked for extra bedding for two months in advance. They confirmed the arrangement. However when we got there, there was none so we had to call for this to be sent. Then when we got it, we realized they only sent bedding for one. We had to call again and ask for duvet for two. We received a bed cover instead but at that point we were tired so we decided to just use that. Aside from this glitch, wonderful stay.

  Not fond of pet-friendly hotels. There is always that "dog" that barks late night or early morning.
